上海医院建筑用能状况
分析与节能诊断

摘要从调查统计数据和实际测试结果出发,总结了上海2医2院类建筑的能耗现状及用能
特点,并结合围护结构、供暖空调系统、照明系统和楼宇自控系统的实际测试结果,对医院建筑
存在的问题进行节能诊断和分析,提出了医院建筑的主要节能策略和改造方法。

Abst ra ct Based on t he survey data and testing result of energy consump tion and system operation ,
summarizes t he energy consump tion status and characteristics of hospital buildings in Shanghai. According to
t he testing results of envelope , heating and air conditioning system , lighting system , and building
management system , diagnoses and analyses t he p roblems existed in hospital buildings , and p uts f orward t he
main energy saving measures and ref orming met hods.
