摘要
低碳经济是以能源高效利用和清洁开发为基础,以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基本特征的经济发展模式。发展低碳经济与建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,走新型工业化道路是一致的。我国当前正处于工业化、城镇化快速发展阶段,随着经济快速增长,能源消费和相应二氧化碳排放必然有合理增长。解决二氧化碳排放增长的趋势与全球应对气候变化、减缓碳排放的目标之间的矛盾,根本出路即在于加强技术创新,转变经济发展方式,走低碳发展的道路。本文通过市场调研、数据收集等多种研究方式研究当前中国低碳经济的发展对经济发展方式转变的重要作用和意义。

Abstract
Low-carbon economy based on the efficient use of energy and clean development, with low power consumption, low pollution, low-emission model of economic development of the basic characteristics. The development of low-carbon economy and build a resource-conserving, environment-friendly society, the new path of industrialization.
