摘要:随着时代的发展,科技的进步,我国的经济也发展也是突飞猛进。与此同时,我国道路交通方面的发展速度也是越来也快,随之而来的就是以道路交通事故为主要表现的各种灾难,特在此研究关于道路交通安全、探寻道路交通事故处理方法,以此寻求相关的对策来提高和改善交通安全的状况,将建立人、车、路、环境等影响交通安全的要素达到全面协调的理论框架,并且能在最大的程度上降低道路交通事故的数量,减少人员的伤亡以及经济的损失,同时为交通管理部门在制定法规政策以及采取一系列措施来改善道路交通安全的状况提供理论上和实践上的参考。
城市道路交通安全是关系到人民生命财产的重大问题,引起全社会范围的广泛关注。据统计,全世界每年因为道路交通事故死亡人数约为50万人,这相当于地球每年都要消失一个小国家。中国因为道路交通事故死亡的人数几乎占全世界的五分之一。道路交通事故的发生,不仅对人民群众的生命安全产生巨大的威胁,同时也是对社会道路通行产生的经济效益造成重大损害。因此对城市道路交通安全的分析以及探讨加强交通事故的预防和处理有着重大的实际意义,如何解决城市道路交通问题已成为城市可发展的一个重大课题,同时城市道路交通管理工作也面临着巨大的挑战。

Abstract:With the development of the times, the progress of science and technology, China's economic development is also leaps and bounds. At the same time, the pace of development of China's road transport sector is increasingly fast, and was followed by road traffic accidents as the main performance of various disaster, especially on road traffic safety in this study, to explore the method of road traffic accidents, affect traffic safety elements, in order to seek countermeasures to enhance and improve traffic safety situation, people, vehicles, roads, environment will be established to prehensive, coordinated and theoretical framework, and in the largest extent reduce road traffic accidents number to reduce casualties and economic losses, as well as traffic management department in the development of regulations and policies, as well as a series of measures to improve road traffic safety situation theory and practice reference.
