摘要
随着我的提高,能源的需求量越来越大。为
了促进电力行业可持续发展,满足经济发展对电力的需求,必须对输变电项
目工程建设方案进行科学评价与选优。
本文以东莞 220kV 玉泉输变电工程项目为核心,就该项目建设的各主要
环节进行了方案的评价与选优。论文首先系统分析了项目前期评价的基本理
论和方法,进而对该项目建设的市场环境和市场需求进行了分析。以此为基
础,论文进一步针对该项目站址选择、接入系统、环境保护、资产全生命周
期以及财务效果等多角度对该项目方案进行了设计与评价,并最终将模糊综
合评价与 AHP 层次分析法相结合对该项目的可行性进行了综合评价,得出项
目可行的结论。
本文的创新性在于适应该建设项目本身的需要,从多角度对项目可行性
及各环节的建设方案进行了科学论证,并利用较新颖的方法展开综合评价,
为该项目的顺利实施提供了科学依据。

Abstract
With development of economy and peoples’ living stander demand of
energy is larger and larger. In order to promote the sustainable development of
the power industry and meet the demand of electricity for economic development,
it is necessary to evaluate and research on Preliminary work of Power
Transmission Project Construction. This essay based on Dongguan, Yuquan
220kV power transmission project feasibility analysis and mainly analyzed the
major factors that affect the project management.
This paper with the 220 kV jade spring in Dongguan lose to change an
electrician distance item for nucleus, carried on an evaluating of scheme and
choose for the item's each vital link of constructive first
systematic analysis the basic theory and method of item previous period
appraisal, then carried on analysis to the item constructive's environment in the
market and the market this as foundation, the thesis aims at the
item station's address select, engineering design and economizes on energy a
design, anti- earthquake to reduce further disaster, assets' many angles, such as
whole life cycleses and finance effect,etc. carried on design and appraisal to the
design scheme of the item, and bined together a misty synthesis
appraisal and AHP level analysis law feasibility to the item to carry on a
synthesis appraisal, get item viable conclusi
