摘要

马克思的市民社会理论是在总结和批判前人的市民社会理论基础上得出的系
统理论。马克思把“市民社会”看作是生产力发展的产物,是商品经济的对应物,
看作是置于个人和国家之间、对私人利益和普遍利益起调和作用的“中介体”。具
体来说,市场经济是市民社会的经济基础,也就是其产生条件,而完善的市场经
济又呼唤规范的市民社会。
随着我国社会主义市场经济的逐步建立,自然经济与计划经济模式已经退出
中国的历史舞台,国家与社会关系发生了巨大的变化。社会自由活动空间和自由
流动资源的出现使中国具备了建构本国市民社会的一系列可能性条件,我国应从
其所处的具体现状与国情特点出发,汲取马克思的市民社会理论精华,寻求区别
于传统国家意义上的相对自治的“市民社会”,通过这种系统的理论用以完善我国
的市场经济理论。市民社会与市场经济存在着密不可分的关系,加强对马克思市
民社会理论的研究对社会主义市场经济发展具有积极而又深远的意义。本文在结
合我国现有国情的基础上通过对马克思市民社会理论的详细阐述与分析旨在探索
其对中国现有市场经济体制的现实价值与意义。

Abstract

Marx's theory of civil society is a systems theory which based on the previous theory of
civil society’s criticism and summary. Marx see the "civil society" as a product of the
development of productive forces, the counterpart of modity economy, as a
intermediary which between individuals and nations, and reconcile the general interest and
the private interest. Specifically, the market economy is the economic foundation of civil
society, that is, its formation conditions, and sound market economy call standard civil
society.
As China gradually established socialist market economy, the natural economy and
planned economy in China has withdrawn from the stage of history, relations between state
and society has undergone tremendous changes. Social freedom space and the flow of free
resources has appeared, China has condition of possibility to construct a series of their own
civil society, our country should depart from its situation and conditions, and learn the
essence of Marx's theory of civil society,seek relative autonomy "civil society" which
different from traditional National sense, through the theory of such systems to improve our
market economic theory. Civil society and market economy have close relationship, to
strengthen the research of the Marxist theory of civil society
