摘要
论文的选题围绕着大学生就业指导中的思想政治教育问题展开。思想政治教
育是随着时代发展而不断发展的学科,大学生就业问题的凸显为思想政治教育工
作提出了新问题、新挑战。论文首先对大学生就业制度变迁进行了梳理,然后对
当前我国大学生因就业压力引发的思想和心理上的困惑和误区进行了研究。在此
基础上,分析了思想政治教育在大学生就业教育中的重要意义及目前存在的问题
和不足。论文最后重点研究了加强大学生就业思想政治教育工作的方法,有效地
实现就业指导和思想政治教育的有机结合,使思想政治教育更好地融入到大学生
就业指导中,以寻求缓解大学生就业压力的实现路径。
论文分七部分进行分析研究。
论文的第一部分是绪论,主要阐述论文写作的背景和意义,对近年来国内外
学者、专家的研究状况进行了综述;第二部分对大学生就业制度变迁进行了梳理,
对目前高校大学生就业形势的有利和不利因素进行了分析;第三部分结合当前严
峻就业形势,对我国大学生思想和心理上极易出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了
相应的对策;第四部分对思想政治教育在大学生就业指导中的地位和作用进行了
分析和研究;第五部分对大学生就业思想政治教育教育中存在的问题进行了分
析;第六部分重点研究了加强大学生就业指导中思想政治教育的具体对策,这是
论文的重点;第七部分是结论与展望。

The subject of the paper is the university students’ employment
guidance in the ideological and political education, the ideological and
political education is a continuously developing science. Faced with the
severe employment situation of the university students, the ideological and
political education encounters the new problems and the new challenges. The
paper studies on the problems and measures of employment ideological and
political education of universities students according to the problems in
nowadays.
The following presents the structures of the paper.
