硕士研究生是青年群体中思想比较活跃、知识层次较高、行为表现比较具有时代特
征的群体,其思想道德素质如何,关系到中华民族的振兴和中国特色社会主义的伟大事
业。新疆处于中国的最西部,是祖国的边疆地区,国内外环境复杂,形势严峻,是西方
敌对势力实行“分化”和“西化”的重点,也是新疆“三股势力”渗透的主要阵地。新
疆高校硕士研究生是社会主义现代化建设的主力军,也是中国特色社会主义的接班人。
在新的历史条件下,新疆高校硕士研究生思想政治教育的质量状况,不仅关系到中国和
新疆的现代化建设和人民的幸福生活,而且关系到新疆的稳定和国家的长治久安。所以,
切实加强新疆高校硕士研究生思想政治教育是培养高素质人才的一项重要而又紧迫的
任务。
以新疆高校硕士研究生为研究对象,深入了解和积极探索了新疆高校硕士研究生的
思想政治状况的规律,对如何加强和改进新疆高校硕士研究生思想政治教育提出了一些
切实可行的对策,全文共分为四个部分。第一部分主要阐述了新疆高校硕士研究生思想
政治教育的选题目的及意义、国内外研究现状和本文的研究思路和方法以及重难点。第
二部分概括了新疆高校硕士研究生思想政治教育特殊性及必要性。第三部分通过调查问
卷的方式对新疆高校硕士研究生思想政治教育状况进行了调查,分析了新疆高校硕士研
究生思想道德状况及存在的主要问题,并且对这些问题进行了原因分析。第四部分针对
新疆高校硕士研究生思想道德状况存在的主要问题提出了加强和改进新疆高校硕士研
究生思想政治教育的具体有效措施。

Abstract
