摘要
高职院校辅导员陪伴一个个高职院校学生走完 3 年的大学生涯,除了担任好教育、
管理学生的工作者这一职务以外,还扮演着良师益友这样的角色。高职院校辅导员是我
国高等教育人才培养中的一支重要力量,在加强高职院校学生思想政治教育工作,促进
学校健康发展的进程中,发挥着极其重要而稳定的作用。但是,长期以来,对高职辅导
员的研究总体来说还是比较少的,对于高职院校辅导员队伍到底应如何发挥好在思想政
治教育工作中的作用,一直是仁者见仁,智者见智。同时,就是这样一支队伍,它的建
设存在滞后性,依然存在着例如人员配备不到位、结构规划不合理、工作涉及面过宽、
强度大等问题,所以在当前形势下,大力加强对高职院校辅导员队伍的优化成为高职高
专院校的一项紧迫任务。
本文采用了问卷调查法、访谈法、文献分析法以及比较研究方法,通过参阅有关高
校辅导员各方面论述的文章,对在校生进行问卷调查并进行分析,对部分本科、高职院
校辅导员、主管领导进行访谈、咨询。首先从思想政治教育的概念和意义入手,发展到
对辅导员角色定位、在思想政治教育起到的作用。并对如何发挥好这个作用进行深入探
讨,提出相应的意见和建议。最后指出高职院校辅导员队伍存在的问题,并为其建设出
谋划策。

Vocational counselors, who panied one 3-year vocational college students finish
