摘要
波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土组合箱梁是一种新型的桥梁结构形式,它以波纹钢腹板代替了传统的混凝土腹板,大大减轻了结构自重。该种组合结构使得材料充分发挥了各自特性,其结构受力合理,符合桥梁结构轻型化的要求,与传统的普通钢筋混凝土梁相比具有更加明显的经济效益和社会效益。
本文对波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土组合箱梁进行了理论分析和试验研究,通过研究,对波纹钢腹板预应力组合箱梁的受力和变形规律有了进一步的认识,并且可以为类似工程的设计提供理论参考。结合波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥杭弯特性,对该类桥的杭弯承载能力计算方法进行了探讨。分析了波形钢腹板组合箱梁有效分布宽度、偏载效应的已有研究成果,参考国外对该类桥中体外预应力筋的有效高度和极限应力取值,根据弯曲理论推导出波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥抗弯承载能力计算公式。模型梁算例表明,该计算方法简单可行。

ABSTRACT
posite box girder with corrugated steel webs is a new type of bridge. It reduces the self-weight that corrugated steel webs are used to replace the traditional concrete web. Compared with traditional PC box girder, the posite box girder with corrugated steel webs has superiority economy benefit and social benefit. It has reasonable mechanic property, structural material has the opportunity to bring into fully play and the structure accord with the light-duty bined with the flexural behavior of the prestressed concrete box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, putation method of ultimate moment capacity was studied, some design properties were analyzed, such as the effective width of box-girder with corrugated steel webs,eccentric load effect and the ultimate stress increment and effective depth of externally prestressing tendon. The formula of ultimate moment capacity of the prestressed concrete box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs was deduced withelementary beam flexure theory. An example shows that this method is simple and feasible.
