现代城市居住区水景观设计与研究

摘要

水景观在环境景观设计中已成为一个不可或缺的环节。水能够给人带来美好的享
受,可是随着水资源的日益短缺,如何去营建适于人欣赏的水景成为每一个景观设计师
所面临的问题。
现在天津的水景住宅建设项目很多,水景住宅已经成为评价住宅小区景观优劣与否
的关键因素。然而,由于天津冬冷夏热,降雨量小,蒸发量大,渗透严重等特点,已经
建成的水景住宅中存在着大量的问题。
本文通过大量的实地调查研究,分析当前在居住区水景设计和维护中存在的问题,
旨在对天津居住区中的水景建设与维护提供相关的理论支持,以期找到适合天津的居住
区水景建设与维护的最佳方式,创造具有东方品质的山水人居模式。
本文通过以下几个方面的研究来:园林水法及居住区水景观概述;水景观艺术设计
形态,天津地区居住区水景观开发与城市水系的关系,天津居住区水景观的规划与设计;
天津居住区水景观的维护。

DESIGN AND RESEARCH ON WATERSCAPE OF
RESIDENTIAL AREAS IN MODERN CITIES

ABSTRACT

Waterscape has e an essential factor in environmentscape design. Water can bring
people enjoyment, but it’s in shorter supply day by day, so how to build appropriate
waterscape has been a problem facing every designer.
At present, there are many construction projects on waterscape residence which has
e the crucial factor in judging whether a housing estate is good or bad. However,
considering that Tianjin is characterized to be cold in winter and hot in summer, to have little
rainfall, to evaporate and refiltrate a lot and so on, many problems exist in the already finished
houses.
Based on plenty of on-the-spot researches, this article analyses the current problems in
design and maintenance of residential waterscape, intending to provide relevant theoretical
support, to find the best way and to create a scenery residence pattern with Eastern characters
in Tianjin.
This paper illustrates the point from the following aspects: summary of garden water law
and residential waterscape; art forms of waterscape design; relations between residential
waterscape development and the water system in Tianjin; plan and design of residential
waterscape in Tianjin; maintenance of residential waterscape in Tianjin.
