摘要
生态文明建设作为本世纪世界性的热点话题,它关系着人类社会的进步与发展,也
是我国全面建设小康社会的过程中亟待解决的理论与实践问题。尤其是党的十七大把它
作为政治报告的形式提出以后,生态文明建设更是得到空前重视,全国各地积极探索适
合本地经济、社会、环境协调发展的生态文明建设之路。海南省由于地理位置和发展模
式的特殊性,决定了海南生态文明建设不只是一个局部性课题,而且是一个事关全局的
重大课题,对我国加快“小康社会”的建设步伐,构建社会主义和谐社会都有着非常重
要的影响。
本论文正是以海南国际旅游岛建设为时代背景,在科学发展观的指导下,从优势和
所面临的挑战两个方面对海南生态文明现状进行了深刻的分析,从生态文化教育、生态
政治建设、生态经济发展和社会生活生态建设等方面,探讨了海南生态文明建设的实现
路径,力求为国际旅游岛生态文明建设起到一定的推动作用。

Abstract
Abstract
Ecological civilization is a worldwide hot topic this century, ecological civilization
construction bearing on the progress and development of human society, and also the needed
to prompt solve problem of the theory and practice in the process of building a moderately
prosperous society . Since the political report emerging from the 17th National Congress of the
Communist Party of China(CPC) has been proposed, ecological civilization is to be an
unprecedented attention throughout the country struggle to actively explore for local
economic, social, and environmental development of the ecological civilization construction
path. Because of geographical location and mode of development in Hainan particularity of
the decision of the Hainan Ecological problems are not just a Is not a local issue ,but a national
issues concerning the overall situation of China to accelerate the pace of well-off society and
building a harmonious society with very important significance.
This paper is an international tourism island of Hainan as the historical background,
basing on a systematical analysis of the present ecological civilization construction condition
of the international tourism island’s Hainan, under the guidance of scientific concept of
development,from the advantages and the challenges faced by both the current situation of
