Abstract
Political instructors play important role in colleges. They are the backbone in the
ideological and political education for college students, and the mentor during the
development of college students. What’s more, they are the instructors in the student’s
morality education, organizers of student’s activities, coordinators of academic affairs, and
operators of unexpected incidents. However, due to a lot of work, huge job and living
pressures and low es, etc., it is very easy for political instructors to generate job
burnout which results in the ideological and political education running roughly, and
generates a lot of harm to the physical and psychological heath of political instructors. In
this way, it is not good for development of college students. Increasing research on
political instructor job burnout is good for political instructors’ psychological endurance
and psychological immunity imp
