摘要
按照波兰尼对知识的分类,知识可以分为两种:隐性知识和显性知识。20 世纪80 年代,西方开始发现波兰尼隐性知识理论的价值,、斯腾伯格、库恩、,借助各自学科领域的研究方法,从隐性知识的概念、意义、测量及转化手段等方面,发展出对隐性知识新的解释、量的测度、范式理论、隐性知识转化的SECI模型和显性化步骤、策略等基于隐性知识的丰硕成果。对隐性知识理论进一步发展作出了杰出贡献。文章对隐性知识的概念及相关问题作了简略介绍,并试图构建基于隐性知识本身的纵向,和个人及组织之间横向若干层面,的二维框架来研究隐性知识的开发及转化,以期以”面”的视图向读者展示隐性知识,从而为以后的学习与研究隐性知识带来便利。

Abstract
According to Polanyi’s classification of knowledge, knowledge can be divided into two types: tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. In the 1980s, western began to discover the value of Polanyi’s tacit knowledge theory .Some experts, whose representatives are Herald Grimen R. Stenberg Ikujirou Nonaka and Von Krogh, with research methods of their respective areas, from the concept of tacit knowledge, meaning, measurement and conversion tools and other dimension, created the new interpretation of tacit knowledge, the measurement of tacit knowledge,paradign theory, SECI model and explicit steps, strategy, they had down have played an outstanding contribution to the tacit knowledge further development. The article described the concepts of the tacit knowledge and it’s related issues briefly, and tried to construct a two-dimensional framework that based on tacit knowledge itself and individuals anizations, to study the the problem of conversing tacit knowledge, with a hope to display the tacit knowledge to reader with the view of plane. So make the study and research of the tacit knowledge efficiently.
