一种软基站组网移动通信系统的切换模块设计与实现

摘要
软基站是一种能使移动通信网络小区覆盖具有自适应能力的新型基站系统。软
基站由一个主基站和多个子基站组成,构成一个覆盖小区。它通过一个主基站来统
一管理整个小区信道资源,其在网络覆盖及业务处理上比传统基站有很大的提高。
本文研究了一种软基站组网的移动通信系统的切换模块设计方案。
论文以软基站组网为依托,研究了系统中的切换技术,包括:切换分类、切换
流程、切换控制、切换算法等;设计了软基站系统中主、子基站共同参与的切换过
程和切换流程。在切换流程方面依照切换目的端的不同,给出了目的端为主、子基
站的不同切换流程。在切换算法上主要参照3GPP 的切换算法,设计了以接收信号强
度和质量为主要依据的切换判决算法;在定时器的设计上,以一个切换进行阶段为
标准设计了相应的定时器;在切换日志系统的设计上,结合切换控制设计了一套集
日志管理和切换控制反馈于一体的切换日志系统,该系统在提供切换日志的同时与
切换控制系统一起实时调整系统切换控制参数。
随后,基于切换的设计实现了切换的程序流程,并对系统切换模块进行了测
试,证明本方案是合理可行的。

Abstract
Soft base munication system has been used because of its high
adaptability. This paper gives a Handover scheme after research a kind of soft base
station structure munication system.
In this thesis, work structure of the soft base munication system is
introduced first. Then describe the handover design. The principle of handover is listed as
the main principle in this design. And in the handover design part, This paper describe all
the correlative areas in the handover system like handover scheme, handover flow,
handover control, handover arithmetic and so on. The particular design idea is shown in
the handover system. The handover system is not only be used in the call process, but
also be used in the pre-call process. In this paper, the call process is first considered as a
handover process. The handover flow is designed base on the handover control mode, For
the handover target to main base station and sub base station, two handover flows are
designed. In the handover control area, handover queue and resource dynamic remain
strategies are used. The design of handover arithmetic is base on 3GPP protocol, but
rework it for the work structure. The log system is not only be used for
record logs, but also be used for control handover.
