摘要
高空作业车在世界上已有近四十年的发展历史,现已形成一个完整的专用产品研发、生产体系如美国的CROVE(格洛夫)、GENIE(吉尼)、英国COLES (西蒙),意大利的RICO(利高),芬兰BRONTO(布朗托)公司等,并且它们各有侧重,如BRONTO侧重于高空消防车系列,COLES侧重于车载高空作业平台等高空作业车在世界上已有近四十年的发展历史,现已形成一个比较完整的专用产品研发和生产体系。高空作业车是一种应用范围广泛的工程机械;本课题主要介绍了高空作业车工作平台常用调平装置的结构和调平控制的工作原理;高空作业车自动调平控制系统由PLC、双轴倾角传感器和 1 套液压执行机构组成。自动调平过程中,传感器分别检测作业平台的X、Y轴方向作业平台水平状态,当发生倾斜时,传感器就传出模拟信号(电压/电流)与给定精度的设定值相比较并将结果传给PLC。PLC 根据预置程序输出调平信号分别控制各电磁阀,经液压执行机构改变作业平台水平倾角消除水平误差,实现自动控制调平。因此,本课题就是设计自动调平控制系统,满足所需精度。以德国西门子(Siemens)公司生产的SIMATIC S7-200可编程逻辑控制器为主控器件,设计一种自动调平系统,给出系统的硬件构成,设计系统的控制软件。

ABSTRACT
Aerial vehicles in the world ,has nearly 40years of development history,has formed a plete product research and specialized production system. Aerial vehicle application is a wide range of construction machinery ;The main topics on the aerial work platforms used cars leveling the structure and level control of the working principle . Aerial vehicle automatic level control system by the PLC, biaxial angle sensor and a set of performing leveling process ,Sensors detect platform X, platform state level ,pare to the values of error set in advance,then send the results to PLC. PLC will put the controlling signals out according to the programs designed in advance to control the solenoid valve to exchange. Hydraulic by changes in the level of operating platform inclination to eliminate error level. So it e to adjusting level automatically. The issues is to design a control system of automatic levelling ,and meet the needed accuracy in automatic levelling system designed with SIMATIC S7-200 control device of SIEM ENS as
