摘要
随着病人对医疗质量和服务水平需求的提高,特别是计算机和网络技术的普及,
各种医疗信息系统开始在医院中投入使用,建设数字化医院已经成为当今医院发展
的必然趋势。
然而,国内众多医院在信息化建设过程中缺乏长远规划,医院信息系统没有整
体的框架、缺乏统一管理,系统之间的信息交换没有统一的标准,数据相对孤立,
难于集成。本文在总结国内外数字化医院建设经验的基础上,对数字化医院建设进
行了研究。数字化医院建设是一个宏大且极其复杂的系统工程,包括各种技术的应
用。本文重点结合实验室的科研项目,实现了基于 HL7 的中央监护系统。论文的主
要研究内容及成果如下:
(1)给出了在我国构建数字化医院的规划设计,并对其整体框架、层次结构、
业务流程和医疗信息标准等内容进行了论述。
(2)对目前医院信息系统集成技术进行了研究,并给出了一种基于 IHE 的面
向服务的信息系统集成方法模型,使得信息系统集成更加灵活、方便。
(3)设计了基于嵌入式 Linux 的中央监护系统,开发实现了便捷式多参数监护
仪和监护中心中央机软件系统。
(4)本文对 HL7 标准进行研究,重点讨论了其数据表达、消息构建与解析方
法,并就 HL7 作为中央监护系统的数据交换标准进行了详细的分析与设计,最终实
现了 HL7 标准在中央监护系统中的应用。

It has been a trend of hospital development to construct the Digital Hospital with the
improvement of medical quality and promotion of service level demanded by the patients,
especially the popularization of puter work technology, and application of
various kinds of information systems in the hospital.
However, there is lacking a long-term programming when many hospitals
implement their own informational construction. And the hospital information systems
lack of holistic frame, uniform management and standard for information exchange. So
the hospital information systems are relatively isolated and hard to integrate. Based on
the experience of DH construction in both home and abroad, the contents and the whole
framework of DH were presented. Construction of Digital Hospital is a grandiose and
plicated systems engineering, including the applications of various kinds of
techniques. The central monitoring system based on HL7 was implemented mainly
combined with a practical research project. The main research contents and results
obtained are as follows:
(1) The thinking for construction of DH in our country was presented based on the
