摘要
冷弯型钢的用途非常广泛,在生产中具有周期短、品种多、批量小、尺寸精度要求很
高的特点。国内大多数工厂都是通过 AutoCAD 软件的做图来达到设计目的,其中演算和做
图占去了大量时间与精力无法满足周期短的要求。由于品种多,经常要对新产品进行开发,
在这个过程中模拟仿真时建模困难,参数选取难以把握。这些都使得国内钢厂难以达到市
场的要求。因此对一套能使辊花设计图能自动成型,做辊弯模拟时能方便地建立模型的程
序以及对仿真模拟中的参数进行选取和验证都有了迫切的需要。
本文首先阐明了冷弯型钢生产的一些基本特点,将各种 CAD 软件进行了对比,提出
并完成了对 SolidWorks 进行二次开发。最后,针对某钢厂 Q345 号钢辊弯成型矩形管的部
分过程,基于 Solidworks 的二次开发,设计了孔型,并将建立的轧辊模型导入到有限元
软件 ANSYS 中,采用显示动力学算法进行辊弯过程的模拟。最终,将模拟的结果与在现
场所做的测试结果进行了对比,对仿真模拟的参数选取进行了验证。

Abstract
Cold-formed steel which’s features are small production’s batch , the short cycle and high
precision in the production progress was used very extensive. Most factories ,using the
AutoCAD software ,designed by graph. Calculating and doing a graph took a lot of time and
energy,which cannot meet the shorter requirements. In the process of new product development
because of many varieties,modeling in the simulation and parameter selection is
it is an urgent need for a program which can make roll bending design
automatic form,and simulation model easily be easily ,the parameters is
selected and validated in this passage.
Here was clarified some of the basic cold-formed steel production process ,especially,
requirements on the use of CAD in the design of the pass. This paper involves the results of
some research done by predecessors and the help to roll pass design and modeling by
SolidWorks CAD the end of this passage, hole was designed based on The second
development of Solidworks according to No. Q345 for a steel rectangular tube steel roll
forming part of the process from a factory. model of the roll will be established and imported
into finite element software ANSYS。Then,Ls-DYNA are used to simulate the process of roll
