基于ANSYS的汽车车架可靠性分析研究
摘要
本文以长春一汽轻型车厂生产的华凯牌CA5160CLXYK28L5BE3A型仓栅运输车车架为研究对象,对其进行了静力和模态分析,在此基础上研究了车架的可靠性。车架尺寸在河南名优汽配广场测得,一些重要参数通过网络查得。车架实体模型在Pro/E中装配,然后通过接口导入ANSYS中。
本文首先建立了以实体单元为基本单元的车架有限元模型,在此模型基础上进行弯曲和弯扭联合工况分析,得到了车架各工况下的应力分布,然后对车架进行模态分析,得到车架的各阶固有频率和固有振型,为以后的高级动应力分析做准备。最后,根据这些计算结果,找出车架最容易破坏的地方,通过这一部分的可靠度研究来分析整个车架的可靠性。
目前人们对使用这种方法进行的车架分析已有很多研究,但是对使用这种方法进行车架分析的过程及一些注意问题研究的还很少,所以就会导致刚入门的一些工程人员使用这种方法进行分析时走很多弯路,甚至得到的结果是错误的。
本文通过对车架有限元结构分析来讲述分析的过程及注意事项,为有限元分析技术应用于车架设计提供了一种规范化的过程与步骤。

Study on Reliability of Frame Based on ANSYS
ABSTRACT
In this paper, the static and modal of Changchun FAW Light Vehicle Production Huakai brand CA5160CLXYK28L5BE3A type truck frame is analyzed. Frame size is measured in Henan famous Auto Plaza, some important parameters through work to look up. Frame solid model is assembled in Pro / E, and then imported into ANSYS.
Frame putation model taking solid as basic unit is established. Based on this model, firstly, static is analyzed and the stress distribution of frame under various static working condition is attained; secondly, modal analysis of frame is carried out and natural frequency and modes of this frame is received, the dynamic stress analysis of future high-level preparation. Finally, according to the results, identify the most easily damaged parts of the frame, and then to evaluate the reliability of this part of the reliability of the entire frame.
Now people use this method of frame analysis has been a lot of research, however, the use of this method should be noted that very few people still study area, it will lead to a number of engineers has just started to use this method of analysis, taking many detours, and even the results obtained is wrong.
Based on the frame finite element analysis to describe the process of analysis and attention are matters for the finite element analysis technology to provide a standardized frame design process and steps.
