[摘要] 广州新电视塔钢结构外框筒是结构的主要受力部分,且结构形式特殊、体量大、高空焊接难、安装精度高、气
候影响大。根据钢结构施工难点和场地条件限制,确定合理的安装技术路线。详2 细2 阐述机械选型、塔楼安装、测量
技术、焊接技术和天线桅杆安装的施工工艺和关键技术。并通过施工阶段结构验算和变形控制,确保结构施工安

全受控。结果表明钢结构施工总体技术路线安全可靠。

Installation of Steel Structure in Guangzhou New TV Tower

Abstract :The outer frame tube of steel structure is main part to undergo forces in Guangzhou New TV Tower , which is with special shape , large
scale , welding difficulties in high altitude , installation with high precision , great climate effect. The rational installation route is selected according
to construction difficulties and limitation of site conditions. Besides , key construction technologies are introduced in detail , such as machinery
selection , tower installation , measurement , welding and antenna mast installation. The construction safety is controlled well by structural calculation
and deformation control during the process of construction. The result shows it is safe and available for general route of steel construction technology.
