钢结构桥梁的腐蚀控制

摘要:分析了钢结构桥梁防腐控制的必要性和紧迫性,阐述了我国钢结构桥梁中钢箱梁、钢缆等适用的涂装体系。
研究表明,研制和使用“合适防护”的涂层是最现实、有效和最经济的腐蚀控制措施,而富锌底漆是保护钢结构最普
遍最重要的底漆,外加中间漆和面漆的 3 层涂装体系是目前较为理想的方案,除涂装材料外涂装工艺具有十分重要的
作用。

Abstract∶ The necessity and urgency of corrosion-controlling to the steel structure was analyzed, and the suitable daubing
system for the steel beam and steel cable in steel structure bridge was explained. The study results showed that it is realistic,
effective and economic method to develop and use the coating with “proper protection”. Whereas the rich zinc undercoating,
which is the prevalent and important one in protecting steel structure, panied with the middlecoat and topcoat, to
constitute the ideal daubing system. Besides the daubing technique is very important.

0 引言北京地区的桥就有 1000 座、其中就有设计精美的
立交桥近 200 座。目前我国高速公路已达万 km
我国以拥有世界上最早最多的砖砌拱桥、石砌
(世界第 2),大约已有近万座公路桥,我国大型公
拱桥而著称。解放前的钢结构桥梁只有兰州黄河第
路桥、精美立交桥的建设事实标志着我国高速公路
一桥、天津、上海市区的解放桥、大渡河上钢索桥
