高速公路服务区综合服务楼优化设计研究

摘要
作为高速公路的附属设施,综合服务楼集住宿、餐饮、休息、管理为一体,在
高速公路的运营管理系统中占有重要地位。综合服务楼为过往的司乘人员提供旅行
生活服务和工作便利,不仅有利于提高高速公路的整体运营环境、有利于司乘人员
旅行的舒适和安全,而且还能产生一定的经济效益。随着高速公路事业的发展,人
们旅行生活水平的不断提高,利用高速公路出行频率上升迅速,服务区的地位和作
用将会越来越重要。对高速公路的综合服务楼进行优化设计研究,不仅仅是对建筑
功能的完善,还包括高效节约、人性化、生态化等全方位的设计提升。
高速公路综合服务楼建设已经由原来单一追求功能质量,提供必要的就餐、休
闲、购物、娱乐和住宿等服务,发展到追求旅游、景观、生态、环保等目标。综合
楼的设计将更多的考虑使用者的生理、心理和社会效应,设计重点转向功能效率、
环境品质的多方位优化与提高。
论文通过对现阶段高速公路综合服务楼的现状及其问题产生原因进行了分析,
强调综合楼优化设计的现实意义,并对综合楼的优化设计策略分项进行了研究,从
合理便捷、体现地域性、生态性、健康舒适四个方面分别展开论述。再以宁杭高速
公路(江苏段)东庐山服务区综合服务楼为例加以分析说明。最后,对综合服务楼
设计进行总结,提出了作者对未来综合服务楼发展的展望。

ABSTRACT
As the express highway affiliation facilities,serving building synthetically gathering an
integral whole getting modation , restaurants and bars, having a rest , and being in
motion and doing business in the express highway occupies important position in
management system. Serving building synthetically facilitating for the driver and
conductor es and goes provides the service living and job journeying,which is
not only beneficial to improving the express highway entirety being in motion and doing
business, but also beneficial to attend fort and safety taking advantage of that the
personnel journeys, and can produce the certain economic effect..With the development of
express highway cause, living standard ceaselessness journeying improves people , the
frequency making use of an express highway to transport going out to travel rises
prompt , serving the area position and acting on will may grow in importance. The
synthesis to the express highway serving building being in progress optimizing design
studying , all-direction design such as fairly include high-effect economy , personalization ,
organism's habits-rization hoists not only being improving and perfecting to the building
function.
