文档介绍：浙江工业大学成教学院毕 业 论 文题 目:我国中小企业融资难的原因及对策的探讨作 者: 学 号:学院(系):专 业:指导者:(姓 名) (专业技术职务)评阅者:(姓 名) (专业技术职务)2013 年 4 月 6 日我国中小企业融资难的原因及对策的探讨姓 名:班 级:指导教师:【摘要】长期以来,中小企业的发展在我国国民经济建设中发挥了重要的作用,但是它的发展却受着资金的制约,解决中小企业融资难的问题已经迫在眉睫。因此要对我国中小企业融资中存在的问题及其成因进行剖析并制定出相应的措施。本文对中小企业融资现状和融资困难的原因,分别从国家宏观政策、金融体系、企业自身素质三个方面进行分析,得出我国中小企业的社会金融体系不够完善、信用担保不成熟、中小企业信息不对称、自身体制不健全、信用度低等都是造成中小企业融资困难的主要因素。并在借鉴国外经验的基础上,结合我国国情,提出要从中小企业自身抓起,切实提高企业总体素质,同时加速建立多层次、全方位、完善的中小企业融资支持体系和健全的经营机制,改善中小企业融资的宏观政策环境,才能保障中小企业健康快速的发展,促进我国国民经济的发展。【关键词】:中小企业;融资;存在问题;对策【Abstract】:For a long time, small-medium sized enterprises have playedimportant roles in development of national economy construction. However,there are many factors restraining development of small-medium sizedenterprises in China, specially financing bottle-neck. It is necessary to settle1to solve the financing problem. First, we should analyze the financingproblems of small-medium sized enterprises and make correspondingsteps. This paper mainly analyze the presenting conditions and the causes offinancing plight from the following three aspects: National macro-policy、Financial system、quality of the enterprises itself, then e to theconclusion. They are the principal factors which make the small-mediumsized enterprises hard to finance, such as the imperfection social financingsystem、immaturity of credit warranty、asymmetric information of theenterprises、unsound system of enterprises themselves、the low credits andso on. On the bases of benefiting from foreign experiences and fundamentalrealities of our country, we will get down to improve the quality of theirown. At the same time, we also accelerate to build multi-levels,all- dimensional, perfect supportive financing system and improve themacro-policy environment. In this case, we can ensure the quick andhealthy development of small-medium sized enterprises and even our wholenational economy.【Key Words】:SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises);Financing;Existing problems;  录0 摘 要 ...........................
