浅析情感代偿性交互设计在老年智能产品的应用
摘要
据统计,我国已于1999年进入老龄社会。未来十二五时期,人口老龄化形势会更加严峻,将呈现老龄化、高龄化、空巢化加速发展的新特征。我国人口老龄化给家庭结构和社会生活带来新变化,对经济和社会发展产生重大影响。
社会结构变化快,大多数设计师还未对老年群体特殊的群体需求产生足够的重视,导致老年产品市场无法满足老年群体的需求,使得老年产品设计不合理,产品品种与数量严重不足。
本文将65岁以上的老年人统称为“老年群体”,并以老年群体为目标用户,通过分析该群体其特殊的生理、心理等特征,总结了老年群体对产品的特殊诉求。在此基础上,本文对迅速普及的智能产品、交互产品进行了分析,并提出了智能化和交互性在老年产品中的应用建议。
经过以上分析,本文提出了“情感代偿性交互设计”的概念,并对进行定义及举例分析。在最后一个章节中,本文对“情感代偿性交互设计”方法进行实践、应用,提出了专为记忆衰退严重、存在精神损伤的老年群体使用的“老年人路径记忆导航犬”产品设计方案。
在本研究中,老年群体的生理衰退现状是情感代偿性交互设计生理基础,产品交互性、智能化的兴起是情感代偿性交互设计的科技基础,老年群体对产品特殊的情感诉求是情感代偿性交互设计的情感基础。
本研究以解决老年人迷路走失问题为导向,以老年群体用户研究为基础,以老年智能产品为载体,采用交互设计方法进行设计探索,以老年人情感代偿心理为切入点,结合了调查研究法、文献法、比较研究法等研究方法,最终提出了“老年人路径记忆导航犬”设计方案,旨在为老年用户提供安全可靠的路径导航产品,并力求在产品人机交互上达到情感化升华。

Abstract
According to the statistics, China has been into the aging society since1999. During the Period of “125”Planing, the aging problem will e more severer. It has changed the family structure and our social life, and even has impacted the development of Chinese economy and society greatly.
However, most of the designers haven’t attached great importance to the special requirements of products among the elderly group, so that the market of products for the elderly can’t meet the requirements of the elderly groups. And this kind of ignorance also leads to unreasonable design and insufficience both in amount ane variety.
In this paper, the elderly over the age of 65 are collectively referred to as the “elderly group". Considered the elderly group as the target user, through the analysis of the special physiological and psychological characteristics among elderly group, the author summarizes the elderly special demands on products. Based on the analysis of smart products and interactive products, the author put forward a mendation of the application of intelligent and interactive in older products.
