内容摘要

外商直接投资的进入,通过经济总量、国际收支、社会总需求等角度影响国家竞
争力及通过产业结构、劳动生产率、企业竞争要素等角度影响产业竞争力的具体机制。
湖北地处我国内陆腹地,在对外开放和利用外资方面,相对于东部沿海地区而言,起
步较晚,规模较小,层次较低,经验不足。但是,随着我国政府实施西部开发战略,
外商纷纷看好中西部,看好湖北。在新一轮结构调整和地区竞争中,如何发挥湖北良
好的区位优势和资源条件,以“抢前争先,实干快上”的湖北精神抓好利用外资工作,
这对于扩大我省对外开放,提高企业技术水平和管理水平,增强经济素质和竞争能力,
实现由经济大省向经济强省的转变,具有十分重要的意义。本文从外商直接投资的角
度对开放经济条件下的产业竞争力问题进行了研究:提出了外商直接投资与产业竞争
力相互作用的关联机制及评估指标体系,并利用理论研究与实证考察相结合的方法对
湖北省产业竞争力及外商直接投资现状进行了深入细致的探讨,并提出了相应的对策
建议。

Abstract

Introduction of foreign direct investment acts on the petition
competence through the amount of economy, international revenue and expenditure and the
total demand of society, and it works on the petence through the
industrial structure, labor productivity and the petition factor. Hubei is
located in Central China, who has small scale FDI projects and less pared
with coastal area. However, as Central government implemented “Western Development
Strategy”, more and more foreign e to Hubei, and truly concern Hubei.
During another turn of economic structural adjustment and petition, we should
think about how to use the geographical and resource advantage to improve foreign
business, and make it possible to e a strong economic province. In this article, we
will make our stress on some theories of FDI and petition, then trying to
give out the evaluation parameter system of FDI and petition capability.
Besides, we will also use this system to evaluate Hubei’s petition .
