对汽车排放污染的控制技术的探索

摘要
随着经济的高速发展,21世纪的今天,汽车是人类不可缺少的交通工具,但汽车尾气却是大气的主要污染源。我国城市大气污染中,汽车尾气排放所占比例已超过70%,因此,加强汽车排放治理刻不容缓。我国汽车石油消耗量约占全国石油消费的1/3以上,而且随着汽车保有量的增加,我国汽车污染物排放总量也日趋上升,汽车排放造成的大气污染严重影响了人们的生活和身心健康。因此,在汽车工业发展和环境保护之间,需要寻求新的平衡,对于解决汽车尾气污染的问题急需寻求新的对策。本文简单介绍了我国目前尾气排放现状,重点介绍控制尾气排放的技术措施,以及我国根据目前的汽车尾气现状所出台了一系列的政策。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy, in the 21st century today, the car is indispensable to human traffic tools, but the automobile exhaust is the main sources of the atmosphere. Urban air pollution in our country, the proportion of vehicle emissions more than 70%, therefore, strengthen management of vehicle emissions is urgently needed. Automobile oil consumption in China accounts for more than a third of the national oil consumption, and with the increase of car ownership, our country automobile pollutant total amount is rising, auto emissions caused by air pollution seriously affects people's life and health of body and mind. Therefore, between auto industry development and environmental protection, and to seek new balance, to solve the problem of automobile exhaust pollution need to seek new countermeasures. This article simply introduces the current situation of vehicle emissions in our country, focuses on technical measures to control emissions, as well as according to the present situation of automobile exhaust in our country are introduced a series of policy.
