摘要
题目一:
本课题进行XZ25-50变速箱零件精镗孔专用机床夹具设计,主要步骤和内容分为:
(1)箱体零件工艺设计
在分析了被加工箱体具体结构及主轴孔精度要求的基础上,依据生产纲领详细制订了箱体加工整体加工工艺路线和工序加工工艺流程(包括工件定位、夹紧、加工刀具的选择、切削用量的确定、切削力与切削功率的计算等)。
(2)变速箱零件精镗孔专用夹具设计
根据被加工零件的结构特点、加工内容的尺寸和精度要求,对夹具的定位方案、导向装置、夹紧装置进行合理的设计。

题目二:
本课题进行锥形套注塑模具的设计,主要步骤和内容分为:
(1)锥形套注塑模具设计主要内容
分析了锥形套注射成型时的工艺特点,介绍了锥形套模具结构及其各个子系统的设计特点。重点设计了锥形套注射结构中浇注系统和脱模机构。
(2)锥形套注塑模具设计主要特点
本模具采用了“一模十腔”点浇口注塑模具,在脱模机构中采用的是推板和推杆复合推出机构。

ABSTRACT
This study carries on design with the Special fixture of rough boring lathe in the XZ25-50 gear box, the main step and the content divided into:
(1)Box body parts process planning
In analyzing the processing box body’s concrete structure and the main axle hole precision request, formulated whole processing craft route in the box body processing and boring working procedure processing technical process in detail (including workpiece localization, clamps, processes cutting tool’s seletian, cutting specifications’ determination, cutting force and cutting power’putation and so on).
(2)Finished boring machine fixture design for gearbox parts
According to the feature of processed parts, processing request, accuray request and so on, doing the position fixture programme,oriented devices,clamping devices rational design.
