摘要
产业集群内最具能动作用的行为主体是企业,产业集群所体现出来的强大
竞争力表明,地理上的邻近为企业间和企业与其他行为主体间的合作带来了便
利。网络实际上就是行动者之间的关系[1],很多研究表明非正式关系对企业有
着重要的影响。因此,对产业集群企业的研究不仅在理论上而且在实践上都具
有重要意义。
目前对企业抗风险能力的研究才刚刚起步,有研究仅是提出评价企业抗风
险能力的指标体系,网络关系及对其影响也以定性分析为主,因此定量探索就
显得非常重要。
本文从网络角度,首先剖析了产业集群网络结构及网络关系特征,将网络
关系划分为正式与非正式两种,并根据前人研究成果归纳网络关系的测度变量;
然后分析了产业集群企业抗风险能力的构成要素,将抗风险能力从两个方面衡
量;接下来在理论分析的基础上,提出了网络关系及其测度变量对产业集群企
业抗风险能力的影响假设,建立结构方程模型,并通过对西安装备制造业集群
内企业的问卷调查进行实证研究。调查数据分析结果表明正式网络关系对产业
集群企业抗风险能力有显著的正向影响,非正式网络关系对企业变革能力的正
作用不强,究其原因,是由于在西安装备制造产业集群内,节点间私人关系的
往来并没有使有益于企业变革的创新资源高效传递,只有将非正式关系转化为
正式的经济、技术上的合作关系,才能更好地体现出对企业变革能力的积极作
用。最后根据分析结果对产业集群企业提出了相关建议。

ABSTRACT
Enterprises are the most anizations in industrial cluster, which show
the most petition. It indicates that the neighborhood of geography
brought the convenience for the cooperation of enterprises and with others. So the
research of enterprises in the industrial cluster is meaningful not only in theory, but
also in practice. The essence work is relations between persons or
organizations and many studies indicate that informal relationship also has the
important effect to enterprises.
At present, the research on enterprise risk resistance capability is just in
beginning. Many of them just raise an index system, and mainly analyze the
networking ties and its effects qualitatively. So the quantitative exploration studying
is very important.
This paper analyzes industrial work structure and the characteristic of
networking ties. As the former research we distinguish working ties as official
and unofficial, and induce the index. Then we divide enterprise risk resistance
capability in industrial cluster into two parts by its main constitutive factors. Basis
on the former index, we establish a model as the hypothesis and carry
