摘要:目的研究黄芩素对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的影响。方法:大鼠冠状动脉左前降支结扎
30min 后恢复血液灌注 30min,于缺血前舌下静脉注射不同剂量黄芩素(40 mg/kg,80 mg/kg,160 mg/kg)。
测定血清 CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH、GOT 以及 SOD 活性、MDA 的含量;观察心肌病理形态学改变。
结果:黄芩素能降低由于缺血再灌注引起的心肌损害心肌酶 CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH、GOT 的释放,
保护 SOD 的活性,降低脂质过氧化物 MDA 的产生,并呈剂量效应关系。结论:黄芩素对大鼠心肌缺血再
灌注损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract: Objective : To investigate the protective effects of baicalein ( Bai ) on rat heart
ischemia-reperfusion injury caused by coronary artery ligation. Methods: Rat heart IPR injury was
induced by occluding the left anterior descending coronary artery for 30 minutes and restoring blood
perfusion for 30 minutes. Three dosages (40 mg/kg,80 mg/kg,160 mg/kg,respectively ) of Bai were
intravenously injected before heart ischemia . Plasma creatine kinase (CK ) , creatine kinase isoenzyme
