基于 IE 方法的客车生产现场改善研究
摘要
工业工程(IE)方法将管理技术与工程技术有机地结合在一起,运用
系统工程和管理运筹学的理论和方法,以计算机为手段,形成了一套系
统优化技术。工业工程方法与生产过程或者工艺相辅相成,对改进企业
的生产流程,促进生产的标准化和最优化起着重要的作用。传统的客车
生产现场管理系统没有与工业工程很好地结合,无法利用工业工程优化
和管理技术对其生产现场进行优化和管理。本文基于 IE 方法,着力将把
工业工程中的程序分析、操作分析、流水线平衡、流程优化等方法和思
想引入到客车生产现场管理改善过程中,全面整合了工业工程与生产线
现场管理,提出了基于 IE 的客车生产现场管理改善的研究。主要的研究
内容如下:
,论述了客车生产现场技术与管理的发
展过程及研究热点,分析了工业工程技术在过程设计和管理中的应用现
状。然后论述了课题所用到的 IE 方法的理论基础和技术实现。
IE 方法的理论,进行了客车生产现场管理改善方案的设计并
对客车焊装线、底盘线生产现场进行了改善。

化生产等实践活动以提高企业生产效率和良品率的研究。研究结果显示
工业工程(IE)方法、理论与技术,作为客车生产企业降低消耗、提高生
产率的重要方法,一旦与企业生产实际相结合,必将发挥出重要作用。
运用 IE 的观点和理论技术可以帮助企业找到正确的改革途径和实现最
大的经济效益。

STUDY ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PASSENGER
CAR PRODUCTION SITE BASED ON IE METHODS
ABSTRACT
Industrial Engineering (IE) methods integrate the management and
technology, it forms series system optimization technology, using operations
research, system engineering puter science. IE and process supply
with each other. It has a very important action to promote the process
standardization and optimization. The traditional Passenger Car Production
Site Management or Process Management System does bine with IE,
so it can not optimize and manage the process with IE technology. This
thesis is based on IE and introduces program analysis, operational analysis,
line balancing and process optimization into the passenger car production
site management. Study on the passenger car production site management
based on IE methods is proposed. For this purpose, the contents in the paper
are below:
1. The first part of paper discussed the development and key items of
process technology and management of passenger car production site
management, the application of IE technology in the process design and
