文档介绍:第 I 页声辐射薄板的优化方法研究摘要声辐射结构的拓扑优化问题, 是近年来结构优化领域内的一个热点。目前的研究较多是结构厚度分布的拓扑优化,针对肋板的优化较少,而且集中在对固定位置肋板厚度,高度等参数设计优化,鲜见对肋板位置的布局优化。本文着重研究基于渐进结构优化法的声辐射结构的厚度分布以及肋板布局的拓扑优化方法。渐进结构优化法(Evolutionary structural optimization)是一种拓扑优化方法,本文对基于渐进结构优化法的技术进行研究,根据结构声辐射问题的特征,对渐进结构优化法进行了改进,同时结合了模拟退火算法,充分利用前者收敛迅速的特点,避免了后者的收敛过慢问题,成功实现了对薄板的厚度布局分布以及肋板布局分布的拓扑优化,并通过实验验证了数值仿真的结果,充分证明了该方法的有效性。研究工作表明,渐近结构优化法在省辐射结构的优化问题中,优化思想简单明了,优化结果理想,是个很有价值的研究方向。关键词:声辐射,优化设计,渐进结构优化法,模拟退火算法第 II 页OPTIMIZE APPROACH FOR THE ACOUSTIC THIN-SHELL PLANE ABSTRACT Topology optimization of acoustic structure has received more and more research attentions in the past years. The researches now are almost on the approaches for the thickness layout optimization, only a few for the ribbed-plane. And most of them are optimizations for the thickness or height of the rib, few for the layout of the rib. In this paper, the thickness and ribbed-plane layout optimization based on Evolutionary Structural Optimization are studied. Evolutionary Structural Optimization (ESO) was a simple concept and easy using method. This paper improves the ESO method based on the features of the acoustic problem, bines it with the SA method. The acoustic radiation optimization for the ribbed-plane and the thickness layout of a thin plane are solved by bined method, and the results show it’s feasible and effective. As showed in the research, ESO has advantage to deal with the acoustic optimization, and is a valuable research topic.
