回旋加速器高频功率源的研究与设计

摘要
高频功率源的研究是开发回旋加速器的一个重要组成部分,因为它提供粒子加
速所需能量,对加速器的稳定,正常运行起着非常关键的作用。
本文针对回旋加速器的特殊要求,逐步分析了回旋加速器高频功率源的组成部
分,并对其中的两个关键部分:频率源和功率放大器进行了具体研究。
频率源的稳定度和精确度直接关系到高频功率源性能的好坏,本文对各种频率
源方案进行了分析对比,最终提出由DDS 激励锁相环结合构成频率源,并选定 AD9850
作为电路的 DDS 芯片,并对 DDS 部分信号发生及滤波电路进行初步设计,为后面频
率源研究打下坚实的基础。
功率放大器的主要功用是放大射频信号,以高效输出大功率为目的,射频信号
的功率放大,其实质是在输出射频信号的控制下将电源直流功率转换成高频功率。
本文采用理论分析与软件 ADS2005A 相结合的方法,对功率放大器进行了仿真与设计,
最终实现了一个 - 频段、输出功率 150W 的功率放大器,这为回旋加
速器高频功率源的进一步研究打下了坚实基础。

Abstract
The research of the RF Power Generator is an important step in cyclotron design,
which guarantees the safety and stabilization of the cyclotron. It supplies the energy to
accelerate particle.
According to the specific requirement of the cyclotron, this paper analyzed the each
component of Power Generator. The emphasis is on the detailed research on the two key
parts: frequency synthesize and RF amplifier.
The stability and accuracy of frequency synthesize is directly related to the RF Power
Generator. With parison and analysis of different kind of frequency synthesize
projects,es to the proposal of DDS drive PLL and adapted the DDS chip of AD9850
circuit. Through the primary design of DDS circuit,it opened the way for the research of
frequency synthesize afterwards.
The main function of RF power amplifier is to amplify the RF signal, with an
objective for effective output of high power. The amplification of RF signal, in the essence,
is to convert direct current power into RF power under the control of RF signal output.
This bines the theoretical analysis with ADS2005A software, it simulated and
designed the 150 watts high power amplifier. Finally it produces a power amplifier which
can meet the standards of the experiment: frequency - and output power
