地层水电阻率测井仪设计与研究

摘要
地层水电阻率是评价油气含量的一个极其重要的地层参数,特别是对油田开发
后期水淹层的评价有着重要的作用。激发极化和自然电位组合测井是有效的解决地
层水电阻率的测井方法,通过测量激发极化电位和自然电位便可求解出地层水电阻
率和阳离子交换量两个地层参数。
本文通过对激发极化和自然电位产生机理的研究,提出了一种新型的多参数地
层水电阻率测井仪的设计方案,组合激发极化测井和自然电位测井的优势,以数字
信号处理器(DSP)和现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)为控制核心,实现整个系统的自动控制
测量。论文中,按照设计方案依据功能进行了模块划分,并详细介绍了各个子模块
的设计。然后,在了解激发极化测井和自然电位测井特点的基础上,分析了两种测
井模式下的测井流程及控制时序。此外,本文还提出了采用 CAN 总线通讯的方式与
地面系统进行交互,并针对仪器本身的特点制定了 CAN 总线通讯协议,使其与地面
系统的通信能正常可靠的进行。
与传统的激发极化-自然电位组合测井仪器相比,本文所设计的仪器完全工作于
井下高温高压的环境,对整个系统的可靠性提出了更高的要求,这也是整个工作中
的重点与难点。另外,该仪器能够获得整条二次电位衰减曲线,因此能够提供更多
的地层信息,对后期的测井解释有着重要意义。

Abstract
Formation water resistivity is a very important parameter for the evaluation of oil and
gas content in the formation and, especially, plays an important role in the evaluation of
water flooding layer during the latter stages of oild field development. Combinatory
logging utilizing both Induced polarization and spontaneous potential is an effective
solution for formation water resistivity. By measuring the induced polarization and
spontaneous potential and, it will be able to solve the two strata parameters which are
formation water resistivity and cation exchange capacity.
Based on the research about the production mechanism of induced polarization and
spontaneous potential, the thesis proposes a new scheme of multi-parameter formation
water resistivity logging tool. bines the advantages of both induced polarization
logging and spontaneous potential logging which utilizes digital signal processor (DSP)
and field programmable gate array (FPGA) as the control center of the whole system to
achieve automatic controlment and measurement. In accordance with the scheme, it
