摘要:病原微生物的去除是衡量人工湿地净化效果的一个重要指标,潮汐流人工湿地具有较
好的复氧效果和处理效率,但其对于细菌去除效果的研究至今仍属空白。因此,以潮汐流-
潜流组合人工湿地为研究对象,探讨该种组合方式下湿地系统对细菌的去除,同时讨论了不
同淹没排空比(3:3、5:3、9:3)下潮汐流湿地床对细菌的去除效果。结果表明,在潮汐流湿
地系统中,细菌的去除率随着水力停留时间的增加而提高。在组合潮汐流-潜流系统中,淹
没排空比为 3:3 时,总细菌、总大肠菌群及粪大肠菌的总体去除率分别为 %、%、
%,而潮汐流湿地床的去除率仅为 %、%、%,较短的水力停留时间成为细
菌去除的限制因素。利用组合人工湿地作为高浓度微生物污水的处理是不够的,需要后续处
理。

Abstract: The ability of pathogenic anisms removal is an important indicator which measures
the purification capacity of constructed wetlands. The tidal flow constructed wetland has good
pollutants purification efficiency because of its good reoxygenation. However, no study has addressed
on the disinfection effectiveness of tidal flow constructed wetlands so far. Therefore, removal of
bacteria was monitored in the hybrid tidal-horizontal flow constructed wetland system and based on
that removal of bacteri
