文档介绍：华中科技大学硕士学位论文国民经济动员任务分配问题姓名:洪丽琼申请学位级别:硕士专业:系统信息化技术指导教师:王红卫20090529I摘要国民经济动员是维护国家安全、应对突发事件和当代战争需求的重点研究领域。随着信息技术的发展,其信息化建设已日益受到关注。任务分配是国民经济动员信息化建设的核心问题。任务分配的优劣直接影响国民经济动员的执行效率。目前,许多学者已对该领域做了大量的工作,但是对任务分配问题还处于初级阶段,未能很好的满足我国实际情况。因此,需对此问题展开了深入有效的研究。在问题描述方面,本文以国民经济动员预案为出发点,对国民经济动员中的任务分配问题进行研究和探讨。首先,分析了动员任务的特点,并动员任务做了一个简单的分类。接着,提出了以元数据的方式对动员单位资源情况进行了统一描述。然后,分析了国民经济动员活动中的任务动员流程。最后,从不同的角度对国民经济动员中的任务分配模型进行了分析和总结。在问题求解方面,本文根据国民经济动员的特点,即快速性、经济性和可靠性,对任务分配模型展开了研究。对于单任务分配问题,本文建立了多目标的优化模型,然后将其化简为单目标优化模型,并用启发式搜索算法对模型进行了求解。对于多任务分配问题,本文从实际出发分析了国民经济动员中多个任务的关系与约束,对其中存在资源竞争型关系的多任务分配问题建立了优化模型,并进行了求解,给出了相应的示例。在国民经济动员分布式仿真演练系统中,通过应用本文提供的任务分配模型和方法,可以得到较好的任务分配方案,从而提高国民经济动员的整体效益。关键词:国民经济动员任务分配元数据启发式搜索算法IIAbstract Mobilization National Economy (NEM) is an important field of research. It can maintain national security, deal with emergencies and meet the needs of the contemporary’s war. With the development of information technology, its construction of information technology has e concerned. Task assignment is core issue of this problem. It will impact on the efficiency of national economy mobilization. At present, many scholars have done a lot of work in the field, but it was still in the early stage, and failed to meet the actual situation in our country. Therefore, this issue should take an in-depth and effective research. In the description of problem, this paper, starting from the plan of Mobilization National Economy, begins to discuss and research the allocation of tasks of NEM. First of all, it analyzed characteristics of tasks and made a simple classification of the tasks. Then, it put forward a way of meta-data to describe the resources of mobilized enterprise. And,it analyzed the processes of national economy mobilization activities. Finally, from a different perspective, it summarized the model of task assignment in national economy mobilization.
