电子废旧物回收的逆向物流网络规划研究

摘要
随着我国社会的进步,经济的不断发展,电子产品越来越多的进入千家万户,然而
随之产生的电子废旧物也是与日俱增,造成了严重的环境污染,引发了一系列的社会问
题,所以建立一个电子废旧物回收的逆向物流网络具有巨大的现实意义。设计的逆向物
流网络合理与否,从根本上决定了逆向物流运行效率的高低,因此,逆向物流网络的设
计是研究的重要任务之一。本文在分析学者研究的成果以及不足的基础上,考虑逆向物
流网络设计中的不确定因素,对逆向物流网络模型进行了优化,并给出相应的解法,主
要的研究工作总结如下:
本文首先总结了逆向物流的研究目的和意义,并叙述了国内外的研究现状,综合介
绍了国外定性分析和定量分析的文章。纵观物流的整个发展过程,从不同角度叙述了逆
向物流的定义和特点,并根据不同特征进行了分类。
其次,介绍构建逆向物流网络需要考虑的影响因素,从企业外部环境方面考虑总结
了逆向物流的驱动因素;从企业内部影响方面需要考虑正逆向物流的关系、不确定性、
环境污染、成本-收益等问题;从具体实施方面考虑设计逆向物流网络应该解决的问题,
包括节点分布和设施布局、运输、库存、拆卸、运作方式;从构建逆向物流网络整体考
虑,设计整个网络时应该注意的原则,包括整体最优原则、协调原则、经济性原则等。
根据建立逆向物流网络所考虑的所有因素,构建了适合电子废旧物回收的逆向物流网络
框架。
最后,根据所构建的逆向物流网络框架,建立确定性逆向物流网络的混合整数线性
规划模型,经过不确定性分析,引入不确定变量,建立不确定的混合整数线性规划模型,
通过机会约束处理,利用 lingo 软件求解,并用算例验证模型的可行性。

Abstract
Along with the progress of the society, economy has the constant development. More
and more the electronic products enter into the families. However it produces electronic waste
objects, causing serious pollution of the environment, leading to a series of social problems.
Building an electronic waste recycling of reverse work is a great practical
significance. If the design of reverse work is reasonable, essentially the reverse
logistics operation is feasibility. Therefore, the design of reverse work is one of
the important tasks in the research. This paper analyses the achievements and deficiencies of
the scholar research. Considering the uncertain factors of reverse logistics, it optimizes the
model of reverse work and makes a corresponding solution, the main research
work summarized as follows:
