在日益竞争严峻的国内车险市场,保险公司能够在车险市场上占有一席之地,必须增强本公司的竞争力。促进车险市场的快速健康发展,全面提升保险公司经营车险的核心竞争力,始终是我国财产保险工作的重心。其经营的盈亏,直接关系到整个财产保险行业的经济效益。
本文先对论文的研究背景和意义进行简单的介绍,然后阐述了提升车险竞争力所涉及到的相关理论,接着运用比较分析的方法,通过对与国内外的汽车保险行业的比较,分析出我国汽车行业的优势和劣势,得到我国可以借鉴的国外成熟经验。运用SWOT的分析对中国人保财险邯郸分公司的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析,还运用波特五力模型从供应商的讨价还价能力、购买者的讨价还价能力、新进入者的威胁的能力、行业内竞争者现在的竞争能力等方面来对邯郸分公司进行分析,最终得到邯郸分公司所存在的优势、劣势。
最后邯郸分公司从提升经营理念,对车险的产品、销售方式、服务方式方面进行创新,邯郸分公司的车险人员的培训和车险理赔的改进这些方面,提出提升竞争力的策略,来提升中国人保财险邯郸分公司的竞争力。

ABSTRACT
The panies have to enhance petitiveness so as to e a player in the domestic auto insurance market with ever increasingly petition .The focus of property insurance in china has always been on promoting the rapid and healthy development of car insurance market and enhancing panies’ petiveness to administrate auto insurance business. Its operating profit and loss have a direct effect on the economic benefits of the property insurance industry
This article makes a brief introduction about the research background and significance of the thesis ,then expounds some theories relating to enhance petitiveness of auto insurance and, finally ,paring with the overseas ,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the domestic automobile industry and gains the mature foreign analyses the strengths ,weakness ,opportunities and threats of Handan branch affiliated to by means of SWOT analysis and, by using Porter’s Five Model, gives a detailed analysis to Handan Branch in such aspects as the bargaining power of suppliers ,bargaining power of buyers ,threats of new entrants ,and rivalry between petitors and finally finds out the strong and weak points existing in Handan Branch .
At last, Handan Branch of enhances Its petiveness through efforts in prompting management, innovating auto insurance products , sales, and service models ,training staff and improving the claim system.
