随着现代制造业,特别是电子行业中企业信息化技术的不断深入和新制造模式
的发展与应用,新产品不断增加,并且研发、制造和销售的周期日益缩短。在这种
背景下,产品协同管理对于企业而言越来越重要。
论文课题在总结了产品信息和流程管理相关技术的基础上,设计和实现了一个
面向某电子企业的产品协同管理系统。论文课题完成的工作和取得的成果概括如
下:
1、对协同管理、产品数据管理和工作流管理的知识理论进行了研究和分析。论
述了产品数据管理、工作流参考模型,指出了产品协同管理的重要性。
2、通过之前的理论研究和实际的某电子企业的项目需求,对产品协同管理系统
进行了分析与设计,形成了系统架构和详细的业务功能架构,并且给出了系统实现
方案。
3、对系统进行分层并在每层进行模块化划分。对平台支持层和产品协同层的主
要功能进行了详细的分析和设计。包括系统的通讯服务、基于角色的安全管理、产
品结构管理、配置管理、版本管理、工作流定义、引擎设计和流程控制等功能的实
现。
论文所提出的方案能够及时准确地反应产品的各项信息,对于提高产品管理效
率、企业的产品研发能力和市场竞争力具有重要的意义。系统在企业实践中得到了
很好的应用,促进了企业生产力的发展,使企业取得了明显的经济效益。

Abstract
With the deepening of modern manufacturing especially the information technology
in electronics industry, and the development and application of new manufacturing pattern,
new products continue to increase, and the cycles of R&D, manufacture and sales are
getting shorter. In this context, collaboration product management for enterprises is
ing increasingly important.
In this paper, a product collaboration management system for an electronic enterprise
is designed and implemented, on the basis of summing up the product information and the
relevant technologies of process management. The plished work and achieved
results are as follows:
