摘要:二十一世纪人才是最重要的,人才对于企业的重要性是第一位的。由于人才的重要性、复杂性和流动性。人才流失所引起的危机,已经成为中国许多企业必须面对的问题。本文从企业人才流失危机管理的重要性出发,对企业人才流失危机管理中的概念、危害、原因进行了探讨。对在企业人才流失危机发生后,企业通过人才流失危机管理,采取以人为本、加强沟通、健全制度、完善体系等正确的策略,在企业人才危机发生后如何转危为安等方面对企业人才流失危机管理进行了研究。
