高校科技服务企业绩效考核评价研究
摘要
近些年来,越来越多的高校利用自身科研、人才等优势创办科技企业,在促进科技成果
转化以及产业化发展的同时也在教学、科研服务等方面发挥了重要作用。绩效考核作为其
管理过程中最为关键的环节之一,也充当着越来越重要的角色。但是由于高校企业自身的
特性,其在对员工个人进行绩效考评时也遇到了许多障碍,致使有些企业绩效考评走入误
区。为了进一步探寻高校科技服务企业员工绩效考评的有效途径,充分调动员工的主观能
动性,切实发挥该项工作的导向性作用,各大高校科技服务企业都在不断积极探索员工绩
效与考核的新途径。
本文在对高校科技服务企业特点、绩效考核现状、绩效评价方法等方面进行大量研究
的基础上,运用文献调研、专家咨询、访谈等研究方法对高校科技服务企业员工绩效考核
评价方法、指标设立等方面进行了创新研究。
主要内容包括:
(1)分析目前大多数高校科技服务企业的绩效考核现状。
(2)比较绩效考核评价的方法并构建高校科技服务企业绩效考核评价体系。
(3)结合实例分析高校科技企业——创举公司在绩效考核评价体系中存在的问题。在分
析该公司的基础上对其绩效评价体系进行再设计。
本文希望可以通过研究构建一个有效的绩效考核评价体系,让绩效管理为高校科技企
业服务,达到提升组织及员工绩效,最终实现企业和员工利益双赢的目的。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, more and more colleges and universities use their own scientific research,
personnel and other advantages of established panies, as well as in the promotion
of scientific and technological achievements into industrial development, while also teaching,
research services, has played an important role. Performance appraisal management process as
part of one of the most critical, also as an increasingly important role. However, due to the
characteristics of their own universities, and its performance evaluation of individual employees
were also encountered many obstacles, resulting in some enterprises performance evaluation into
errors. To further explore the University Technology Services staff performance appraisal
companies an effective way to fully mobilize the initiative of employees, Effectively play the
role of the work-oriented, technology panies are the major universities has been
actively exploring in the staff performance and assessment of new ways.
