基于钻石模型的河北钢铁产业竞争力研究
摘要
河北是我国钢铁第一大省。河北省自 2001 年产钢万吨,现已连续 9 年列居
全国第一。河北的钢铁产品已覆盖全国 20 多个省、市、自治区,具有较高的市场占有率。
以唐钢、邯钢为首组建的河北钢铁集团在 2009 年全球钢铁企业排名中列第二。
国内外需求的增长和各级政府的支持推动了河北钢铁工业的发展。在国际钢铁工业集
团化趋势和可持续发展的背景下,河北钢铁积极贯彻科学发展观,大力推进发展方式的转
变。但同时,河北钢铁产业依然存在产业集中度较低、产品结构有待改善、节能减排工作
严峻等问题。
本文先是归纳了有关我国钢铁产业、产业竞争力和钢铁产业竞争力研究的相关文献,
并简要介绍了产业竞争力的定义、影响因素,钻石理论(模型)及其应用。其次,借助波
特的钻石模型分析河北钢铁产业的现状。即从生产要素的特点、市场需求状况、相关及支
持性产业的发展情况、企业的战略、结构与同业竞争情况、产业发展的机会和政府对产业
发展的影响六个方面入手。再次,依据钻石模型建立评价钢铁产业竞争力的指标体系。本
文选取 2008 年、2009 年全国各省市的相关数据,用熵值法和调查问卷确定的综合权重计
算各省市钢铁产业竞争力得分。最后进行指标权重和省市间竞争力得分的分析评价,并根
据评价结果提出提高河北钢铁产业竞争力的政策性建议。

ABSTRACT
Hebei province is the in iron and steel in China. Hebei has been ranked the first for 9
essive years since producted 19,696,500 tons in 2001. Its iron and steel products has covered
more than 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous Iron and Steel Group
ranked the second in the global iron and steel enterprises in 2009.
It promote the development of iron and steel industry in Hebei that Demand from home and
abroad and the support of governments. In the trend of International Iron and Steel Industry
Group and the background of sustainable development, Hebei iron and steel Industry implement
actively the concept of scientific development and take effective measure to change the
development , iron and steel industry in Hebei has some problems,such as low
industrial concentration,the product structure needs improved, energy conservation.
The first,the paper summarizes some literature,such as petitiveness of iron and steel
industry , the research on petitiveness and the research on iron and steel industry
and the petitiveness. The paper briefly introduce the definition an
