文档介绍：摘要I摘要企业扩张的传统研究范式已经不能解决当前日益复杂的环境下民营企业扩张所面临的诸多问题,作者试图将以复杂系统为研究对象的自组织理论引入民营企业扩张的研究:首先论文阐述了研究目的和意义;然后介绍了企业扩张理论和自组织理论,为下文运用自组织理论分析民营企业的扩张做理论基础;再后分析了民营企业扩张的自组织特征并且引入自组织理论中对系统自组织过程的有序度进行描述的熵理论,分析了民营企业扩张过程的熵变、建立了民营企业扩张的熵变模型;再后,结合民营企业的扩张方式及其特点,对不同扩张方式下的民营企业扩张的自组织特征进行定性分析,由此提出了适合四种不同情况——能力较强、稳定性也较强;能力较强、稳定性较弱;能力较弱、稳定性较强;能力较弱、稳定性也较弱的民营企业的扩张方式选择的判定;再后,基于民营企业扩张的熵变分析以及民营企业扩张的熵变模型,选取能力较强、稳定性较弱的民营企业,对该种民营企业采取不同扩张方式进行扩张时的熵变值进行定量计算,对前文的定性分析给出定量的模拟;最后,选取能力较强、稳定性较弱的联想集团为对象,对其并购IBM的行为进行案例分析。关键词:自组织;民营企业;企业扩张;扩张方式ABSTRACTIIABSTRACTThe traditional study method of enterprise expansion can not solve the problems that the non-state run enterprises face under the plex environment. The author tries to introduce the anization theory which studies plex system into the study of Non-state Run Enterprises expansion: First, the article expounds the research aims and meanings; then introduce the enterprise expansion theory and the anizationtheory to give a base for the later anization analysis of Non-state Run Enterprisesexpansion; then analyze the anization traits of Non-state Run Enterprises expansionand introduce the entropy theory which describes the order of the system into the analysis of the Non-state Run Enterprises expansion to analyze the entropy variety of the Non-state Run Enterprises expansion and build an entropy variety model after the analysis; thenconsidering the ways of expansion of Non-state Run Enterprises and its traits, qualitativelyanalyze the anization traits of Non-state Run Enterprises using different ways of enterprise expansion, and suggest the choicesof ways of expansion ofNon-state Run Enterprises that suits for four different situations:Non-state Run Enterprises with better ability and better stability;Non-state Run Enterprises with better ability and worse stability;Non-state Run Enterprises with worse ability and better stability;Non-state Run Enterpriseswith worse ability and then, based on the entropy variety model, chooseNon-state Run Enterprises
