全球商品链与地方产业集群嵌入方式研究

摘要
产业集群作为介于企业和市场之间的一种中间组织形式,的确能够带来成本的降
低、促进创新、形成规模效应,集群强调的不仅是内部规模效应,更强调集群内企业
之间的联系,这种内部联系有利于知识的传递和扩散,从而形成一种无形社会资本有
利于技术创新,是企业或产业获取竞争力的一种有效组织形式。但随着经济全球化的
进程加快,发展中国家如何在全球中找到自己的位置,单靠本国资源和封闭的集群很
难获取长足的发展,持续发展需要国际化的产业集群。所以,本文将产业集群和全球
商品链结合起来,试着探讨两者之间的深层次关系。产业集群和全球商品链作为分析
区域和国家竞争力的两种方法,可以做到有效互补,产业集群强调的是集群内部联系,
挖掘的是内部资源,而全球商品链面对的是全球,集群融入全球商品链不仅可以更好
的利用全球资源、避免集群锁定,还可以学习国际化知识、提升产品、改变效率或迈
入新的相关产业商品链不断升级,从而增强区域或国家竞争力。但是发展中不高的情况,如何能够更快更好的嵌入全球经济中去,这需要政府
的关注和政策指导,本文通过引用墨西哥服装集群如何加入全球经济并在全球经济中
提升这一案例来为我国的服装集群发展提供借鉴和参考,并希望通过政府引导推动我
国服装集群的迅速发展,从而增强我国区域竞争力。

Abstract
Industrial cluster indeed reduces cost,facilicates innovation es into being scale
effect as a form anization between enterprise and addition to focusing on
scale effect,clusters focus on the relations between special relations are
good for knowledge to transfer and diffuse and form a kind of social capital which makes
for are good for enterprise and industry to peting
with economic globalization speeding up,how do the developing countries find their
locations?It’s difficult to gain petitive to merely depend on their own
resources and closed internationalization is necessary. Under this
circumstances,binate industrial cluster with modity chain and try to find
the deeply relation of both in this two method to analyze petitive in a
region or a country,industrial cluster and modity chain are plete
each cluster focus on the internal relations and dig internal resources,but
modity chain faces insertion of the industrial cluster into the global
commodity chain not only make use of global resources,avoid cluster lock-in,but also learn
from global buyer,upgrading in order to the limited resources
