山西农产品加工业竞争力研究

摘要

农产品加工业,顾名思义,关联着农业和工业,一方面是农业的延伸,一
方面又连接城乡居民的最终消费,农产品加工业的发展不仅是实现从田园到餐
桌的重要纽带,更是推动农业产业化、农村城镇化和农民市民化的重要动力,
因此,农产品加工业是解决“三农”问题的重要契机,也是关乎国计民生的重
大课题。
我国是农业大国,山西省又是农业大省,对于发展农产品加工业占有较强
的原料优势和人力资源优势,经过多年的发展,已形成一批优势产业和品牌产
品,在之地。但是相比发达国家甚至我国的发达省份,
山西省农产品加工业的整体发展能力、发展规模、技术水平以及竞争实力等还
存在差距,巨大的比较优势并没有转化为有效地竞争优势。因此,本文从产业
整体发展水平、产业结构以及产业绩效等方面着手研究,重点剖析了山西省发
展农产品加工业的优劣势以及发展中存在的内部和外部问题,并结合国内外发
展经验,提出了促进山西省农产品加工业竞争力提升的对策建议。
本文研究主要通过借鉴绝对优势理论和比较优势理论、要素禀赋理论和竞
争优势理论等相关理论基础,结合山西省农产品加工业发展的特点,筛选出相
关指标,建立了产业竞争力评价模型,利用因子分析方法对产业进行了实证分
析,并根据评价结果寻求出了一系列战略措施。

Agricultural products processing associates with agriculture and can be said
agriculture products processing is the extension of the agriculture. On the other hand it connects
urban and rural residents through final consumption. Agro-industrial development is not only an
important link between the farming and the food, but also promotes the development of the
agricultural industry and rural urbanization. Therefore, agricultural product processing industry is a
major issue to solve the "three rural" issue which relates to people's livelihood.
Our country is a large agricultural nation and Shanxi province is a big agricultural province.
There are advantages of raw material and human resources in developing agricultural processing
industry. After years of development, a batch petitive industries and brand products have
been formed and petitive advantages in petition. Compared with
developed countries and some developed regions in China,there is still a great gap for Shanxi on
overall ability,scale,skill petitive power. parative advantages have not been
transferred into petitive advantages.
Therefore, this paper begins from the overall development level, structure and performance of
the industry, analyzes advantage
