摘要
鉴于我国流通过程中批发零售业与制造业的矛盾问题日益突出,已经表现成
为不健康的发展趋势,影响了我国经济又快又好发展的战略规划。这不仅与经济
增长的健康发展不相适应,并在一定程度上影响了我国和谐社会的建立。针对我
国“十二五”规划中对于扩大内需这一政策,有必要对当前批发零售业和制造业的
关系深入研究,并探索批发零售业与制造业协调互动发展的思路和途径。
首先,本文介绍了我国批发零售业,制造业的发展演变规律,一方面,从理
论的角度研究批发零售业和制造业协调发展的内在机理及路径,另一方面,探讨
不协调发展的产业现状是否可以得到改变,以及在不协调的外部表现下,其内在
具有统一协调发展的关联互动性。因此,文章将充分运用产业关联度理论,微笑
曲线、价值链理论等从多角度去解析制造业与批发零售业能够得以协调发展的内
在机理,并进一步运用相关理论研究如何有效促使批发零售业与制造业健康协调
发展。
其次,本文描述了目前批发零售业和制造业的发展状况,存在的问题以及未
来的发展趋势等,进而特别针对两产业在我国改革开放以来的发展历程进行了详
细的阶段性分析。实证部分利用我国统计年鉴中的相关数据,首先选定能够量化
的统计指标建立批发零售业发展和制造业发展的指标体系;接着,通过单位根检
验和协整检验,得出批发零售业发展与制造业升级两者之间存在关系;最后通过
建立格兰杰因果检验分析变量之间的短期两产业在我国互动发展的特征。从而以
批发零售业和制造业在渠道上的优势地位来看待今后的发展形势。
最后从政府、企业等部门,提出加快产业信息化水平,广泛采用电子商务,
组建战略联盟,扩大经营规模,实现供应链管理,重视品牌建设和人才培养等建
议。探索解决批发零售业与制造业协调发展的各种途径,从而为建立新型的工商
关系提供借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT
In view of the fact that the contradictory between wholesale retail trade and the
manufacturing industry is prominent day by day in our country, not only this does not
adapt with the healthy development of national economy, but also has affected the
harmonious society's establishment to a certain extent, in regarding the expansion of
the 12th Five-Year Plan of our country, it is necessary to research the relational of
current wholesale retail trade and the manufacturing industry deeply, and explores the
way of coordinated development between the wholesale retail trade and the
manufacturing industry.
Firstly, this paper introduces the development principles between the wholesale
retail trade and the manufacturing industry in china, on the one hand, from the theory
angle to research the intrinsic mechanism and way of coordinated development
