摘要
经济增长是宏观经济政策的基本目标在中国这样的发展中国家研究经济增
长的重要性显得更加突出财政支出作为财政宏观调控政策的主要组成部分对
经济增长的作用也越来越重要从财政支出角度研究我国的经济增长具有重要的
理论和实践意义本文尝试从纵向和横向的对比来分析我国的财政支出规模与经
济增长并应用数理和计量经济学的方法来分析二者之间的关系
文章首先从理论上分析了财政支出规模与经济增长以及新经济增长理论中包
含的财政政策其次是对二者关系的实证分析研究了财政支出规模与经济增长
的历史变动轨迹以及与国际的比较分析同时应用巴罗的新经济增长理论分析了
二者之间的关系最后根据理论与实证分析的结果找出我国现有财政体制的缺陷
和不足以及提出相应的政策建议本论文研究的基本目标主要是通过对财政支
出规模与经济增长的理论与实证分析分清二者之间的关系为我国增加财政支
出规模的财政政策提供依据并从分析的结果中发现我国现有财政体制所存在
的缺陷和漏洞以此提供相应的政策建议

Abstract
Abstract
It’s of interest to study Economic growth, a Fundamental aim of macro-economic
policy, especially for such a developing country as China. Fiscal expenditure is more
and more important to the economic growth as main of the macro-economic policy. It’s
of theoretical and empirical interest to research economic growth of our country from
fiscal expenditure. The dissertation analyzes the scale of fiscal expenditure and
economic growth with time series date and cross section date by mathematics
probability and econometrics.
Firstly, the dissertation analyzes the scale of fiscal expenditure and economic
growth theoretically, and the fiscal policy of the new economic growth theory; secondly,
analyzes the scale of fiscal expenditure and economic growth empirically. In this
chapter, we analyze the relationship of he scale of fiscal expenditure and economic
growth historically and internationally. Furthermore, it use the economic growth theory
of Barro analyzes the relationship of the two points. In the end, it finds the inferior of
our country’s fiscal system and show the fiscal policy. The primary aim of the
dissertation mainly embraces: from analyze the scale of fiscal expenditure and
economic growth theoretically and empirically, we knew the relationship of the two
points and find the inferior of our
