内容提要
面临严峻的国内国际竞争,生死攸关的考验,越来越多的国内珠宝企业意识到打造民族品牌,建立以品牌为核心,进行企业重组和资源重新配置的重要性。
本文通过研究我国珠宝行业的历史、现状及发展趋势,通过分析珠宝企业内外的环境,得出珠宝行业发展对内要追求以产品经营为内容的核心竞争力的提高,对外实行以并购、重组、上市融资为内容的资本运营,企业内部和外部发展的结合促进行业内部资源的优化,才是珠宝行业发展的本质。并进步通过对品牌和企业核心竞争力关系的论证,提出我过珠宝企业以品牌提升企业核心竞争力,塑造行业龙头企业的现实可行性;通过我国珠宝行业实行资本运营的内在逻辑,提出我国珠宝企业进行资本运营要引用产业基金这一工具来完善产业链的资源整合。

Abstract

This text passes history , current situation and development trend of studying the trade of jewel of our country, through analysing the environment inside and outside jewel enterprises, drawing the development of jewel trade should pursue the improvement taking product management as petitiveness of the content inwards, implement the capital operation taking merge , binate , listing financing as content to the outside, promote the optimization of resources inside the trade with bination of outside development inside enterprises, it is the essence that the jewel trade develops. 中国珠宝业的起步只有短短20多年的历史,但是发展速度十分迅猛。近年来,随着国家政策的不断开放,市场经济体制的不断完善,国内珠宝企业纷纷崛起。据专家预计,本世纪中国将成为世界上最大的珠宝消费、制造市场和集散地。国际上众多珠宝企业对这块尚待开发的庞大市场早就虎视眈眈已久。中国加入世界贸易组织后,中国政府承诺将珠宝业作为首批对外开放的行业,这就意味着尚不十分成熟的国内珠宝业不仅面临着国内同行的挑战,还必须率先其他行业和国际上经验丰富的老牌珠宝企业站在同一起跑线上相互竞争。毫无疑问,中国珠宝行业即将迎
