文档介绍:河北工业大学工程硕士学位论文iThesis Submitted to Hebei University of Technology for The Master of Engineering Degree of Chemical Engineering STUDY ON PREPARATION OF WATER-BORNE POLYURETHANE ADHESIVES AND THE PROPERTIES OF THEIR FILMSBy Li Lin Supervisor: Professor Qu Xiongwei Senior Engineer Ding Binghai October 2011 水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备与性能研究ii河北工业大学工程硕士学位论文iii水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备与性能研究摘要采用预聚体法合成技术聚合制备了水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。以聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯为主要原料,合成预聚体,加入1,4-丁二醇为亲水扩链剂制得预聚体,聚氧化丙烯三醇与顺丁烯二酸酐反应制成半酯,上述改性预聚体经半酯改性制得改性预聚体,再经NaOH中和、乳化改性预聚体,制得水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。本文讨论了预聚体主链结构、异氰酸酯含量、成盐剂用量等对水性聚氨酯胶粘剂性能的影响。研究发现,在预聚体主链上引入适量的酯基聚合物,能显著提高产品的机械性能。随着酯基聚合物加入量的增加,产品的拉伸强度显著增大,但加入量过大(酯/醚摩尔比1/),其拉伸强度反而下降。所研制最佳水性聚氨酯胶粘剂性能是:固含量为40%,粘度为8mPa·s/25oC,,成膜性优。关键词:水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,预聚体,聚醚多元醇,异氰酸酯水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备与性能研究ivStudy on Preparation of Water-borne Polyurethane Adhesives and the Properties of Their Films ABSTRACT A waterborne polyurethane adhesive was prepared by chain polymerization. The isocyanate, polyethylene glycols as main raw materials were synthesized to polyurethane prepolymers, with 1,4-butanediol as hydrophilic chain extender. The polyoxypropylene triol and emaleic anhydride were synthesized to half ester. The prepolymers were modified with the half ester. The modified prepolymer was neutralized and emulsified with NaOH to waterborne polyurethane adhesives. The influence of backbone of performed polymer, isocyanate content, and dosage of salt-forming agent on the adhesive films’ properties was discussed for water-borne polyurethane adhesive. The mechanical property of product was improved considerably, fortable ester group polymer in backbone of prepolymer. The tensile strength of the film increased immediately, with the increase of ester group polymer, but more than 1/(ester group/ether group), the tensile strength of product decreased. The properties of the optimum water-born polyurethane latex were solid content 40%, viscosity 8mPa·s/25oC, pH . Water-borne polyurethane adhesive film had better properties.
