三维造型软件在模具设计中的应用
(按钮注射模设计)
摘要
本文主要介绍的是按钮注射模结构的设计方法,首先分析按钮的塑料工艺特点,包括塑件的结构要素、尺寸公差和精度的选择等,并对按钮注射模具的成型设备进行初步选择。接着介绍了按钮注射模的分型面的选择、型腔数目的确定,对两种型腔排列方式作出了对比选择。重点介绍了按钮注射模的浇注系统、冷却系统、加热系统、标准模架的选择以及成型零部件的结构设计等。同时对加热系统、冷却系统、成型零部件的工作尺寸的确定与模具各个零件的选材和热处理工艺进行了计算,最后对注射机的工艺参数进行了校核。
另外本文还叙述了应用Pro/E进行模具3D总装配设计的基本思路,并结合具体实例说明了应用EMX设计模具总装配的基本流程和具体步骤,该设计思路和方法也适合应用其它软件进行模具的3D总装配设计。提出了利用Pro/E进行注塑模设计给企业带来的巨大经济效益。
经过验证,本模具的结构设计巧妙,操作方便,使用寿命较长,塑件达到了规定的技术要求。

THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING SOFTWARE IN THE MOLD DESIGN
ABSTRACT
The designing methods of injection structure of the button were mainly introduced in this article .First the technological characteristics of the button were analyzed ,including the main parts of structure of the spare part of the plastics ,the selection of size tolerance and accurate degree of the spare parts of the plastics .According to the above ,the forming equipment was selected .Then parting line was selected ,the number of cavities was assured ,and parison selection was made between two layout types of cavities .A specific introduction was made on feed system of the injection mould ,cooling system ,heating system ,the selection of standard mould bases ,and the design of the structure of forming parts .Meanwhile the heating system ,the cooling system ,working dimension of forming parts were assured .And the core-pulling distance and ejecting distance were calculated .At last the technological parameters of the forming equipment were calculated .
The basic thoughts for 3D assemble design of injection mold based on Pro/E designing of the layout and the process of 3D assemble are instantiated withEMX by an is of certain reference value to the 3D assemble of mold design by forward that the design of the injection mold by Pro/E brings greateconomy benefint .
