文档介绍:华中科技大学硕士学位论文IIAbstract“Management Information System of Water Environment Based on WebGIS”, is a software missioned by the Yangtse valley water resources protection bureau. The management of water resource gap, is a special sub system in the whole system. The study object of the paper isexploring how bineWEBGIS withManagement Information System and how to apply them inManagement Information System of Water Environment, and analyze the advantage and applicationforeground of paper introduces the technologies and characteristics of WEBGIS. It analyses the system framework and running mechanism of ArcIMS. Based on ArcIMS , integrated with the technology of JS and JSP, an architecture of WEBGIS is put forward. The Water Environment Manage Information System illuminates the paper presents the architecture of Management Information System of water environment based onWEBGIS meeting the need of the system. By adopting theApache+Tomcat as Web Server and the ArcIMS as map server, the system implements map processing and transmission on Web. In addition to these, it provides waterenvironment query, evaluation, statistic, analysis, control of pollution gross and pollution source based on the figure to achieve the synthetize development, reasonable use, positive protection and scientific such as magnifying, lessening, translating map in user’s browse by the way of Secondary exploitation to ArcIMS and customization to user’s map browse are realized. It can be browsed and displayed by layer, and be queried by means of clicking on the map, inputing names of watch point or some place and giving the boundary. Informations on the maps can be labled in the user’s browse. Attributes of map can be queried, and live data can be shown both in graph and bar chart.
