摘要
本文主要研究了亚洲货币合作问题。本文认为根据最优货币区理论,亚洲货币合
作是有必要的,而且是可行的,亚洲经济的蓬勃发展将推动“亚元”区的最终形成。
但是,现实情况与理论反差较大,亚洲货币一体化的进程与该地区经济发展的进程并
不同步,使得很多研究关注造成亚洲货币一体化水平远远落后于经济发展水平的原
因。本文也是基于这个出发点,以最优货币区理论为基础,讨论了亚洲货币合作地必
要性,论证了它的可行性,对于如何实现亚洲货币合作提出了相关建议和对策,同时
还讨论了对中国的影响和中国应采取的措施。全文主要分为五个部分:
第一章是绪论,主要叙述了国内外对于区域货币合作研究的研究状况,同时说明
了文章的研究内容结构,以及使用的研究方法。第二章论证了亚洲货币合作的必要性,
得出亚洲货币合作是有必要的。第三章则分析了亚洲货币合作的可行性,得出结论是
亚洲货币合作是可行的,但是要经历一个比较长的时期才能成功。第四章提出了亚洲
货币合作的具体方法,同时对几个次货币区做出了详细的分析,并对汇率制度安排进
行了详细的叙述。第五章则讨论了亚洲货币合作对中国的影响,以及中国应该采取的
对策。

ABSTRACT
This article studies about Asian ary cooperation. It shows that according to
theory of Optimum Currency Area,Asian ary cooperation is necessary and feasible,
the fast development of Asian economic will finally result in the form of Asian Currency
Unit. But,the reality greater contrasts with theory,Asian ary integration process is
not synchronized with the region's economic development process,many studies concern
that why it is happen. This article is based on this starting point, with the theory of
Optimum Currency Area, has analyzed its necessary and feasibility, discussed relevant
mendations and countermeasures about how to achieve the Asian ary
integration, then discussed its influence to China and what measures China should take.
This article posed of five chapters:the first one is introduction. It describes the
major domestic and international studies about regional ary cooperation, with an
indication of article’s structure and research methods. The second chapter talks about the
need for cooperation, proved the Asian ary cooperation is necessary. The third
chapter analysis the feasibility of Asian ary cooperation and has conclusion that
Asian currency cooperation which will e to be truth for a long time is feasible.
